Where do you deliver?

We are mainly sending orders to anywhere in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address. 

Shipping to other international addresses can be arranged upon request. Please contact us at +6011 1689 3273 for more details.

How long does it takes for delivery?

We will process and ship out your order within 3 business days once payment is completed. Customer may use the tracking information given via email to check the precise delivery day. Express is usually within 2-3 business days depending on the courier company.

Please keep in mind that there might be delays during festive season.

How much is the delivery fee?

We offer an affordable flat rate of RM 10 for all standard shipping within Peninsula Malaysia, which is inclusive of logistics fee, packaging, handling fee, and tax.

Standard shipping to Sabah and Sarawak is calculated based on the quantity of item purchased. You may try to add item to cart and checkout to check the shipping rate before placing an order.

Can I choose a specific date and time for delivery?

All deliveries will be done by the courier company, customers are not able to choose a specific date and time for delivery. 

How can I check the shipment status?

You will receive the tracking information via email once your order is fulfilled. You can use the information given to track your shipment. 

I missed the delivery, what should I do now?

If there is no one at the address at the time of delivery, a Delivery Note or message will be left behind for the customer to call back. Customer can communicate with the courier company for second attempt of the shipment or pick up at the nearest branch.

Do you provide self-collection service?

Currently, we do not provide self-collection service.

The item was damaged during shipment, can you replace it?

We are not responsible for any damages done during shipment. However, we will help on your process for refund claims with the courier in charge. Depending on the respected courier company, refund may or may not occur.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Please note it is your responsibility to know the laws of your country in terms of what can and cannot be shipped to you. We are not responsible for any tariffs or customs regulations. We try our very best to keep up with the laws of the countries around the world, however they do change often and we cannot be 100% sure that we are up to date on them so please check with your customs office. We will ship your package to you privately, but it is your risk.

We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly from them. 

No refunds or returns will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. By ordering from our site you are stating that you agree to our shipping policy and terms of conditions.
